We do allow for product returns in accordance with the following guidelines.
All unused products and hardware purchased from Exactship may be returned. Software is non-refundable.
Items need to be returned within 30 days of purchase.
First, contact our returns department via email at sales@exactship.com or via phone at 414.327.1287. Next our returns
department will apply appropriate credits and/or refunds. Customer service will then issue a returns label which will contain the return
destination address.
Original shipping charges are NOT refundable. Exactship assumes shipping charges of items being returned.
Customer is given a credit and/or refund depending on the situation. All refund policies are at the discretion of the Customer Service department.
Returned items must be in original packaging. Items not returned in original packaging will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
